Frequently Asked Questions
$365 per year. This includes two comprehensive blood panel (60+ biomarkers) each year, a initial telehealth consultation with an AHPRA-registered doctor, doctor-reviewed analysis, personalised report, and action plan.
When your GP says your results are "normal," they mean your values fall within the central 95% of the reference population. But that reference population isn't made up of the healthiest people - it includes millions of Australians with undiagnosed conditions and rising risk factors.
Agency Health uses optimal ranges drawn from peer-reviewed longevity research. These are the levels associated with the lowest risk of disease and the best long-term health outcomes - not just where the average person sits. The gap between "normal" and "optimal" is often exactly where prevention happens.
Your doctor is excellent at treating illness. Agency is designed for prevention. We analyse 5-8x more biomarkers than a standard check-up, and we compare your results to optimal ranges based on longevity research - not population averages that include millions of people with undiagnosed conditions. "Normal" on a standard test might mean you're heading in the wrong direction and no one's flagged it.
Think of Agency as a proactive layer that works alongside your doctor - not a replacement.
Every result is reviewed by an AHPRA-registered doctor. Your report is generated using our proprietary analysis engine and then reviewed, approved, and personalised by a qualified Australian physician.
From the time you complete your blood test, you'll typically receive your results and personalised report within 5-7 business days. The full journey from sign-up to report usually takes 10-14 days, depending on your telehealth booking and pathology processing times.
You'll receive a pathology referral after your telehealth consultation. You can visit any major pathology collection centre in Australia that accepts your referral. We work with national pathology networks to make this as convenient as possible.
Yes. We take your privacy seriously. Your health data is encrypted, stored securely in Australia, and never shared with third parties without your explicit consent. We comply with all Australian privacy regulations, including the Privacy Act and Australian Privacy Principles.
If your results indicate a serious health risk, the reviewing doctor will flag this and recommend you follow up with your GP immediately. We'll provide you with a detailed summary of your results to share with your doctor. In urgent cases, we'll contact you directly.
Yes. You can act on your health when you feel perfectly fine, and taking action can help you prevent problems from developing in the first place.
We recommend annual testing for most people to track trends and catch changes early. If you're actively working on improving specific health markers (like cholesterol or blood sugar), more frequent testing (every 3-6 months) can help you track progress and refine your approach.
Yes. You can download a PDF copy of your comprehensive report from your dashboard. You'll also have permanent access to your interactive online dashboard where you can view trends over time.
You can cancel your membership anytime. Your access will continue until the end of your current membership period. We do not offer refunds for partially used membership periods.
Absolutely. We encourage you to share your Agency Health report with your GP. Your results are presented in a professional format that any doctor will understand, and your raw pathology results are also available for download.
No. The telehealth consultation with our AHPRA-registered doctor includes the medical referral for your pathology tests. You don't need to see your GP first.
Agency Health is designed for prevention and early detection, not for managing diagnosed conditions. If you have an existing health condition, we recommend discussing Agency Health with your treating doctor to ensure it complements your current care plan.
