Step 1
Sign Up
What happens: You create your account and pay $365 for your annual membership. This covers your comprehensive blood panel, telehealth consultation with an Agency doctor, and your doctor's personalised clinical report and recommendations after each test.

Step 2
Complete Your Health Questionnaire
What happens: You'll fill out a detailed health questionnaire covering your lifestyle, medical history, symptoms, and health goals. This helps us personalise your doctor's clinical report.
Time required: 10-15 minutes
Step 3
Telehealth consultation with your doctor (10-15 minutes)
What happens: Meet with an AHPRA-registered doctor via telehealth. They'll discuss your health history and goals, then issue your pathology referral. This is where your doctor-patient relationship begins.
Time required: 15-20 minute telehealth consultation
Step 4
Blood Test
What happens: You'll visit a pathology collection centre near you (we work with major networks Australia-wide). One blood draw. 60+ biomarkers analysed. All tests are processed at NATA-accredited labs.
Time required: 10 minutes at your local collection centre
Step 5
Your Doctor's Clinical Report
What happens: Within 5-7 business days, your results are ready. You'll receive:
Biomarker Breakdown: clear status for cardiovascular, metabolic, inflammation, hormones, and nutrient health
Plain-English Insights: your doctor's explanations of what each result means for you
Results measured against optimal ranges (not just population averages)
Doctor's clinical report: targeted nutrition, exercise, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations
Time required: As long as you need. Your dashboard is always accessible.
Step 6
Optional Follow-Up Consultation
What happens: Want to discuss your results in detail with a doctor? Book a follow-up telehealth consultation to review your report, ask questions, and discuss your recommendations.
